I first saw these remote controlled Air swimming fish on a television advertisements a few weeks ago and I immediately though of my nephew and niece and the impending event of Christmas.
Finding them online I ordered one of the Clown Fish and one Shark and as soon as they arrived I did what any decent and loving aunt would do; I tore open the packaging to test them out for myself, just to see if they worked, obviously! I should point out that quite a bit of assembly is required. If you're buying these for a young child, you might want to assemble it before giving it to them; I'm good at these things and it still took me an hour.
If you have a child of any age then these crazy remote control fish will make the perfect gift for Christmas this year. I can honestly see them becoming a huge hit, one of the must have toys of the year.
Using an infrared remote control, these giant flying fish are lightweight and easy to manoeuvre around the home. Not only can you have them floating forward but you can fly them up to the roof and down to the floor with one push of a button. I’ve even had them floating up the stairs!
As good as these AirSwimmers Remote Controlled fish are the one problem you will encounter is inflating them. They are lightweight and have the smooth floating action because they are inflated with helium, and if you don’t fill them with helium they simple will not fly. Helium canisters can be bought from florists but once again, I located some online. The fish also require batteries, as does the remote, so if you are going to give this new interactive toy as a gift, make sure you provide helium and batteries to avoid disappointment.
If you want something different from a remote control gadget toy, then this has to be the ultimate. I had plenty of fun flying the clown fish around the house. It’s worth it just for the novelty.
